Jessie is a service designer with a hospitality background, is passionate about design research and design consulting for diverse industries, and is eager to excel further.
Her journey began with her studies at École hôtelière de Lausanne(EHL), where she immersed herself in the world of hospitality and gained insights from one of the oldest and most traditional service industries. Hence, Jessie developed a human-centric mindset and a remarkable ability to empathize with people.
At the Royal College of Art(RCA), she possessed an insatiable thirst for exploration and a relentless dedication to creating exceptional experiences. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, she channels her innovative mindset into service design.

VOCAL is a service that aims to help craft authentic travel experiences for individuals seeking to delve into the local culture and lifestyle of their travel destination. By allowing the travellers to hear real and genuine local voices and recommendations, VOCAL is dedicated to create unforgettable and authentic travel memories that go beyond mere sightseeing.
Breeze, is a service that celebrates the power of Art. By using arts and crafts, Breeze enhance refugees’ emotional sustainability, helping them in expressing feelings, generate income and better integrate into the new environment. Breeze consists of 3 aspects: making art, selling art, and connecting with the wider community, which relieves the stress and anxiety of refugees on emotional, financial, and livelihood levels respectively.
