Before the RCA Rosa studied Mathematics and worked as a strategy and management consultant for banks and telecommuncations companies and regulators. She decided to study Service Design because she wanted to focus more on people than spreadsheets. Her interest lies in how service design and a human-centred outlook can be used when making important strategic decisions for organisations, and how design can help us fight the climate crisis.
