MA 2023

Every opportunity to reimagine what something could be involves challenging the status quo and thinking it first.  For the past 15 years, Monica has been leading global teams, who do that.

Monica seamlessly directs strategy, user experience, creative, design and technology teams across the globe.  Despite the distance, somehow everyone feels like they are truly working together.

Maybe it’s the random cupcake deliveries.

She works relentlessly to solve wicked problems by asking, ‘Why’ and then designing solutions that propose, ‘Why not’.  Monica mines new customer insights and from there, synthesises human-centred design solutions with short, mid and long term strategic interventions supported with realistic implementation methodologies.

In order to design the future, you need to know how to convert big ideas into reality.  An idea is simply not enough.

You need to know how to make it happen.

See It. Hear It. Watch It.

NuroMinder helps neurodiverse individuals see, hear, or watch details about the small steps they can take today to improve their credit scores and create greater opportunities for tomorrow. NuroMinder is created using a new Neurodiverse Design Language that is based on the use of sound, infographics, shapes, colours, and opacities to deliver information in a way that works for people who think differently.

More than Pink

Women are leading the charge in wealth creation - globally.

And, women are generating wealth at a faster rate - than any one group ever before in history - and outpacing men.

The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) reports that women hold an average of 40% of global wealth, and this could rise at a compound annual growth rate of 7.2% by 2023, outpacing the 5.2% compound annual growth rate projected for men.

Despite this fact, women are left managing their finances with a service offering originally tailored to men's needs - which also also reflects an outdated societal characterisation.

It's time to smash the financial patriarchy, with something more than pink.
