I am a graduate student of service design from 2021 to 2023. Now I am working as a consultant in an investment bank in Shanghai. During my study in RCA, I had the honor to work with different team members. In term 1, we bring garment workers and other stakeholders together into circular fashion to create an increase of equity, visibility, and pay in their future of work. In the following academic year, we cooperated with famous British real estate companies and banks respectively. On the landsec project, we help Lewisham youth charities that want to improve their services for vulnerable young people, by increasing revenue streams, expanding their networks, and providing visibility to their work. In the Barclays project, created using a new Neurodiverse Design Language which is based on the aspects of Semiotics. It uses sound, infographics, shapes, colours, and opacities to deliver information in a way that works for people who think differently

Empathy, understanding the needs of the target audience, narrowing the scope of the design, focusing more on the problem, and new perspectives are all important elements in design
