Clive Grinyer in conversation with Nick de Leon

For over three decades Clive has led innovation teams designing human centred solutions for the modern world. From experience with some of the world’s best creative teams he lead digital and innovation projects for business, public sector and government organisations. Clive believes through discovering real human need and context, collaborating across organisations and co-creating with people we can together create solutions that deliver impact and transformation. As Head of Service Design at the Royal College of Art in London aims to create the next generation of service designers across business and the public sector.

Dr Nick de Leon is Executive Education and Knowledge Exchange Lead in the School of Design, where he leads the development of the School's research and knowledge exchange relations. He received his PhD from Imperial College Business School, where his research addressed the impact of information and communication technologies on the social and economic vitality of cities. Dr de Leon has an engineering degree from Imperial College and a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Royal College of Art.
