I’m Yuxin, a service designer and UX designer.
Having a solid knowledge of user research and professional design skills, I've worked as an Experience Designer in Alibaba Company. Besides that, I also have some experience working with NGOs, Consumer Electronics companies, and Public centres.
With my passion, I hope I could utilise my design thinking and insight to help more people, and change the world starting from tiny experiences.
Though the financial issue is a critical problem in families, couples, especially newlyweds of Gen-Y and Gen-Z may ignore the potential issues in their marriage and don’t know how to react properly when conflict happens. Through our service, we hope to create a future in which couples are more prepared to handle family financial issues.
QuickFacts is a collection of guides that compile information based on the most common needs and inquiries of the people on probation before, during, and after their journey. It aids in navigating the people on probation to comprehend their needs and the actions/steps they must take.
Statistics indicate that approximately 40% of first marriages end in divorce, and 50% of the time that financial problems were a major issue in the breakdown of their marriage. So how can we help people be more prepared before/at the early stage of their marriage so as to build a more robust financial relationship when they are facing financial challenges?
